Foxy Brown Does Not Get Charged with a Felony in Assault Case!!
September 7, 2010
Prosecutors dropped all but one charge against hot-headed rapper Foxy Brown, who faced seven years in prison for violating a restraining order, lawyers said Tuesday.
Brown appeared in Brooklyn Criminal Court for a 1 minute 22 second hearing and she learned the grand jury failed to indict her with two felonies and three of four misdemeanors.
"I'm so happy, I'm just very happy," said Brown, dressed to the nines in a skimpy teal dress, dark sunglasses, a leopard print scarf and tan platform shoes.
"Never once did I worry about this," she said.
Brown was arrested in July for allegedly shouting obscenities at neighbor Arlene Raymond after running into her on a Prospect Heights street.
Brown, whose real name is Inga Marchand, then bent over and exposed her butt to the woman.
Raymond got a restraining order against Brown after she said the rapper beaned her with a BlackBerry in 2007.
Brown's lawyer, Salvatore Strazzullo, said his client will face at worst community service for the single count of misdemeanor criminal contempt if convicted..
"Mooning is not an aggravated act," he said.

And Now for #3 of Our Top Ten Criminal Organizations...Ndrangheta With Billions in Annual Revenue!!
September 3, 2010

No.3 - 'Ndrangheta
Home base: Calabria (Southern Italy) Criminal activities: Drug trafficking, contract killings, extortion Boss: Horizontal hierarchy -- rule by assembly
At 10,000 members and growing, and with annual revenues in the tens of billions of dollars, Italy’s ‘Ndrangheta has emerged as the country’s most powerful cocaine trafficking operation and a major European supplier according to a report released by the Italian parliament's anti-mafia commission.
Their success is likened to fast food restaurants in how they offer “the identical, recognizable, reliable brand, and the same criminal product.” They maintain loyalty through family ties and a lack of centralized leadership, giving them a leg up on the likes of the Sicilian Cosa Nostra’s more vulnerable hierarchy.
